Late September......Bring on the tarps again! More rain in the forecast and we have insulation under the front floor that can't get wet. This is image is quickly becoming the norm around the construction site. We are trapped between a Christo and Jeanne-Claude exhibit and a perpetual fumigation project. And did I mention the mud!
